Individual Psychotherapy

Seeking therapy is an honest first step in addressing an issue in your life. This may be a new issue, one that has been distressing for some time, or a problem that you may have explored in past treatment. Whatever the particular reason for seeking therapy, we aim to provide culturally sensitive, supportive care that leads to lasting personal growth and a sense of fulfillment.

Couples Psychotherapy

Engaging in couples therapy is a proactive choice where both members of the relationship have a safe, non-judgmental space where they can hear one another and be heard. We see “couple” as an inclusive and flexible status, and approach partnership between any two people as unique. Through the exploration of relationship dynamics and behavioral patterns, both individuals in the partnership are encouraged to work toward building a loving, respectful and mutually satisfying relationship.

Family Psychotherapy

Conflict within the family system can be challenging to overcome on your own. We seek to improve communication amongst all members of the family and increase the problem solving skills of the system as a whole. Providing a safe and supportive space in which a healthier dynamic can be established and maintained is our goal for those clients seeking family therapy.
